I live in Tucson and spent many years playing with various bands in Seattle, Sky Cries Mary being the most well know of the bunch. Recently I revived my long-dormant musical project, Head of Stars, and I will add things here as I record them.

I totally love the sophistication behind Sir-Vere’s songwriting - one might even think it’s simplistic and primitive, but after many years of digging into progressive and technical music I’d say it takes way more skill to compose and record something as big as LOVESCOPE.

A solid debut from a promising band, Golden Head is one hell of a first statement. My favourite pick would be Morrigan, the track truly highlights everything Sol Ether has to offer. Deeply mystical work that resonates on a subconscious level, appealing to instincts and fears rather than betting on shock value. And those vocals - it’s pure primal rage
